- Provide us with the requirements for your customized center caps
You can customize our featured push through center caps as well as any other center caps. You need to provide us with the following information!
① Dimensions: If you need to customize push through center caps, you will need to provide the diameter as well as the height. If you don’t know how to measure its diameter or height, the picture below can help you! If you need to customize other wheel center caps, then you need to provide samples or drawings to us.
② Shape: you can directly choose our existing hub center caps for customized size, color, and material. Of course, you can also customize any shape of hubcap (you need to provide us with samples or drawings for design).
③ Material: Rheedal’s push through center caps are usually made of ABS plastic, carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and aluminum. If you want other materials, you need to specify.
④ Color: You need to tell us the color requirement, we can provide any color center caps for you.
⑤ Quantity: you need to tell us the customized quantity (our minimum quantity for customized center caps is 500 Pcs).
- Quotation (shipping fee not included)
① If you are customizing the hubcaps based on our Rheedal products, then we will give you an accurate price on the same day according to the size, material, color, and quantity you provide.
② If you are sending samples or providing drawings to customize your wheel center caps, we will give you an accurate quote according to your requirements (including the cost of the molds), which will take 3-5 working days.
- Payment of deposit
If you are sure to place an order, you will pay the deposit online via PayPal or other methods, and we will start to make the molds, which will take about 1-2 months depending on the complexity of the molds.
- Produce, test the samples, and send out the samples
When the mold is finished, we will start producing and testing your customized center caps. and we will deliver the samples to you for confirmation. the process will take nearly 2 weeks. It will take nearly 2 weeks.
- Mass production after payment of the final balance
If you are sure that there is no problem with the samples, after you pay the rest of the money, we will produce, quality control, and packaging. The time is about 3-4 weeks. The exact time depends on the number of products.
- Payment of shipping fee and delivery
Finally, we will deliver the products to you after you pay the delivery fee. The transportation time is variable. It might take 7-30 days.
